What NurseBill Is

NurseBill is a desktop billing and case management application designed for legal nurse consultants. It runs locally on your computer.

What Data We Access

When you connect your Google account, NurseBill requests access to:

• Gmail (read and send) — to search for case-related emails and send invoices on your behalf
• Google Calendar — to sync due dates and hearing dates from your cases

How Your Data Is Used

• Email searches are performed only when you explicitly click "Pull from Gmail" for a specific case
• Emails are sent only when you click "Send" after reviewing the message
• Calendar events are created or updated only when you change a due date or hearing date

Where Your Data Is Stored

All data stays on your computer. NurseBill does not have a server, database, or cloud storage. Your case data, client information, and billing records are stored locally in the application and in your designated cases folder.

Google authentication tokens are held in memory during your session and are not saved to disk. When you quit the app, the token is gone.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not track your activity
• We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any third party
• We do not store your Google password
• We do not access any Google data beyond what you explicitly authorize

Third-Party Services

NurseBill communicates only with Google's APIs (Gmail and Calendar) when you are connected. No other third-party services receive your data.

Revoking Access

You can disconnect Google at any time within the app's Settings tab. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
